Frank was very helpful in getting all the proper software set up, responded promptly, and the PC is working great. Having upgraded versions of old PC's in a time when computers and RAM prices have gone through the roof is amazing. Doing great work, and able to do all the little things I need to for home.

The computer didn’t turn on I had to take it apart myself just to fix it and so it works now. The seller did deliver it fast and did provide extra so I don’t think it was broken but it was a hassle.
