Watch is received and is functional. I purchased it to set up as a line for a family member, and we were able to do that. It didn’t come with a cord, but it wasn’t advertised with one, and the face did have some very light scratches that weren’t in the description, but with a screen protector they aren’t visible. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
