I ordered my item on a Wednesday and the item wasn't 'checked in' to USPS facility until the next Wednesday morning. Granted Monday was Columbus Day, but still. I was told that the company didn't have their regular pickup on Friday and I assume they're closed on Saturdays so with the holiday, it wasn't picked up until Tuesday late afternoon and actually scanned in Wednesday morning. I feel that the ball was dropped on getting my item out to be shipped; what was supposed to be a 2 day window turned into a 7 day window (4 business-day window). I wouldn't have even written this whole thing out and just left a neutral rating but a comment was required so here it is. I'm not leaving a negative review because the seller was prompt and courteous in their replies.

iPad arrived in working condition. Some defects not disclosed, screen appears to be replaced and had some internal cosmetic damage that couldn't be seen from the pictures. Overall happy with the purchase though.
