The phone and case came as described. The phone accessories were still factory sealed.

I did have issues setting up my phone but that isn't due to the seller. It is due to the phone not having the apn # for our wireless company. I took it to bestbuy and they figured it out and got it working for me. I still can't get images or send them so will swing by best buy next time I go to town and are if they can help

I went to a phone repair company as we still have not been able to get my phone to send mms messages or receive them. They said they couldn't repair the phone as it might not truly be a verizon phone and may not ever work tight with my phone carrier.
