Everything received as described. The Surface Pro came completely sealed and had no issues whatsoever with any features. The keyboard though did have the tamper seal completely broken but works perfectly fine and shows no sign of use. Overall extremely satisfied with the purchase and seller!

BUYERS BEWARE! Seller is very dishonest and sold a locked device that had an outstanding balance on it owed to Apple. The phone could not be activated. Rather than take responsibility he pushed back for days wasting my time and eventually gave up and was forced by Swappa and Paypal to take the phone back and issue a refund. Seller did not pay the return shipping either and now I have another dispute with Paypal to recoup that money. Seller should be blacklisted from doing business on Swappa if they want to keep a good reputation. It is true one Bad Apple can ruin a customers experience, I hope Swappa takes action against the seller and forbids them from doing any further business on this site. No customer should have to go thru what I did again!
