Terrible Experience. The laptop was cheap but the laptop had the battery tampered with which caused the laptop to not work. Didn't even last me 14 days. Of course the seller refused to own up to it and give me a refund for the laptop. Now I am stuck with a broken laptop I paid $700 for. I would definitely not recommend this seller.

Received laptop as advertised, and it works fine. Didn't arrive in a clean condition though, had to thoroughly scrub all surfaces with alcohol and clean the screen.

Very good transaction with a new seller to Swappa. Item is as described, like new 9+ out of 10 with all accessories. Fast shipped as promised for delivery by USPS in several days. Transferred old Project Fi data-only nano sim and it is working great, minor update via iTunes to newest iOS went smoothly, ESN checking passed. Has my Apps re-installed & so far, so good - will update further & do a progress report later as needed. OEM battery wear at 8% only - holding 92% of full charge capacity.
