It was just a crazy experience. Phone didn’t work right they swapped it and still it didn’t work right. Bought from someone else and was so fed up from back and forth emails etc that I decided for them to keep my money and place the defective phone in closet.

Good sale, although never got response back to send back . Was going to give neutral sale but oh well. Thanks anyway

The phone was not exactly as described cosmetically. I was willing to accept that, but the main problem was the phone was not able to connect to cellular network -- no calls or texts. The seller offered full refund.

Cosmetic condition of received phone was as per listing. However received phone volume up key was not working properly. Seller suggested to get it fixed in local shops and reimbursed repair amount.

Item received as described. Battery wasn't very good, but to be expected at this point in the device's lifecycle.

I didn't receive original box. Since it was a mint condition I expected it to be in the open box at least.

I received my order and everything came as described. Only issue is that the charger that came with the phone does not work at all. I plugged it into different outlets and it does not charge.??

Phone was not accurately described (there were multiple scratches on the screen that were not capture by either the photos or the text description of the phone's condition). It took multiple emails to the seller to get any response. Ultimately I had to request help from both Swappa and PayPal, and file a claim with PayPal, to get the seller to contact me about approving a return. This was my third transaction on Swappa, and my first negative experience. Ultimately Swappa and PayPal covered me and I was refunded my money, but beware this seller was very slow to respond when I contacted them about issues with the phone.

Seller indicated that this phone was in "CONDITION: A+ 10out of 10. Device shows no signs of use. LIKE NEW MINT condition." But after receiving it and inspecting, it had a long hairline scratch on the rear glass and micro scratches on the front glass (signs of normal 'good condition' use). They were only visible if held at a certain angle but were obvious under good light. Nevertheless item was shipped quickly and arrived fast. Just did not want to waste time sending phone back and looking for a new one. Seller offered a full refund on return or a $20 partial refund to keep the mislabeled "like new mint" phone. I took the partial refund to avoid the aggravation on my end.

Outside of one small scratch on the screen that was not mentioned the phone was a described physically. This is for use overseas so I am not able to test any "phone" functions until it arrives at it's final destination. Seller advertised phone as 10 out of 10, A+, but there own packaging listed it as A- ( I think do to the scratch on screen, not a deal breaker)
