I have been monitoring swappa for some time now and this was my first purchase on it. I would prefer swappa to buy preowned devices over any other service. The device I received was as described. The seller and swappa did a good job of keeping things real. Only hiccup I had with this experience was due to usps delaying the delivery by a week but that is I guess out of hands for the involved parties.
