Overall great experience with the seller. Seller mixed up and didn’t actually include the phone in the original shipment. Seller notified me of the mistake before I could find out on my own and shipped it out the next day. Purchased on a Sunday and received the phone on Wednesday even after a delay.

"This is a mint condition Google Pixel 4 XL" "Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear." "It looks and works like new" These were the phrases used to describe the phone I purchased. Communication was prompt and shipping equally so. Opening the box and set up was identical to that of its brand-new counterpart, mint indeed. While doing some fine-tuning, I opened the camera, I mean what else is the Pixel known for right? Opening the camera revealed pixelated lines across the whole screen. It was very distracting and hard to focus on the subject. Hours of set up and hours with Google tech support later, nothing. I questioned Darin, and amazingly he knew exactly what I was talking about down to each mode effected. I was not aware new phones came this way. Darin then tried defending himself saying there was no deception. I'll refer you to the phrase lying by omission. Good try at sneaking a malfunctioning phone past a buyer, it could have been a good deal for you, too bad.
