The seller had great communication, he shipped quickly, was patient with delivery issues (post office's fault), and Macbook arrived as described. Unfortunately, shortly after completing the sale, the screen started flickering (which apparently happens with 2015 15" Mac Pros). I let him know immediately and contacted Apple. Since the computer is still covered under Apple Care, Apple replaced the screen and logic board for free. Caleb and I were in communication the entire time, he was apologetic for the inconvenience, and was still willing to accept the return. It was all sorted out and I'm happy with my purchase. Great customer service.
