***WARNING*** THIS WOMAN SOLD ME A CELL PHONE THAT SHE CLAIMED ON ORIGINAL SALE IT HAD APPLE CARE UNTIL SEP 202, SEND IT TO ME AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT AND I CALL APPLE CARE DIDN’T HAVE ANY COVERAGE. SHE OFFERED ME A REFUND IF I SENT HER THE CELL PHONE BACK , I DID SENT IT, SHE SIGNED FOR THE USPS BOX AND SHE NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND AND ALSO KEPT MY TEENAGER’S HARD WORKING SAVINGS OF $940.00 AND THE CELL PHONE!!! ONCE SHE RECEIVED THE CELL PHONE BACK, SHE NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY MESSAGES. SHE’S VERY DISHONEST PERSON, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
***Update: After a long waiting process and calling paypal, I received a refund from the dispute & claims departement. The refund was made from the paypal protection warranty NOT from the seller, she never, ever contacted me after receiving the merchandise back.***

I didn't have a great experience with this transaction and specifically the seller. I would not purchase from her again. The product was as described, but the shipping took over 12 business days. The label was generated the same day as the transaction but sat for five business days. I had to repeatedly ask to get the the seller to get the shipping straightened out.
Additionally, when the phone arrived, it was packed without any additional shipping materials. Thus the phone rattled around lose in the box and received a cosmetic damage in transit. The sellers first response to this was "she wans't responsible for damage in transit." She never showed remorse or any accountability for all of the crap that took place. It was only after SWAPPA stepped in did she take ownership of the shipping issues and offer to rectify it. She seemed to make a best effort, but at every turn, there I was dealing with another issue and her blaming someone else.

item as described. ship fast, and thank you for using post office. with ups, it takes atleast a week to reach me from east coast to west coast .

Shipping was perfect, items were all present as mentioned in the sale. Will make sure to ask in detail about condition of the item in the future.
