The seller was slow in getting the package shipped and shipping information added. Even after a prompting, he was 4 days late in getting me information. The seller did not communicate about why he did not provide shipping on time. While I did receive the package, the watch was not very securely packaged as it was only in a mail envelope with no added protection.
