I received the device in a timely fashion however the packaging was AWFUL. The phone was placed in the single layer of small bubble wrap with the charger and cable, then dropped in a box. The phone was able to move around freely inside the box. If the phone would have been broken it would have been a huge issue. Also he said it would come with the original charge, but it actually came with generic one that took over 6 hours to charge the phone.

The phone was shipped within two days of payment. Item was shipped with minimal insulation in the box. Shortly after receiving the phone the screen stopped working. Attempts to resolve the matter with the seller were unsuccessful as he stopped replying unless another entity was involved, ie: swappa or paypal.
