The iPhone 11 I bought was listed as brand new in mint condition, as well as having 100% battery health! Unfortunately whenever I received the phone, it had scuffs on the side and was not brand new or in “mint” condition. I was happy to look past this, until I realized that the screenshot posted in the listing showing that this phone had 100% battery capacity and health, but unfortunately it only had 97%. After reaching out, it took a swappa employee alerting them they needed to respond to respond. They claimed that they thought battery capacity was the same as battery percentage, which is odd because you have to go to a specific place in t he phone to find the battery capacity and you can’t change it by simply charging your phone. There were no apologies or offers to fix anything, they simply said “send it back.” They post false advertisement and are untruthful in their ads. At the end of the day it is what it is, but if you’re able to, perhaps consider buying else where.
I bought this iPad for my son and the seller did a great job of getting it packaged and to him by Christmas AND the iPad is in great shape. THANKS!
