Item was described as mint, and in perfect condition, however there was a scratch on the bottom left of the screen. Fortunately it isn't too noticeable. With my tempered glass screen protector I can't see it at all, thankfully. There was also another minuscule scratch on the upper portion of the screen. Other than that the phone came in great condition. Headphones, a wall charger, and a lightning cable were included.

Also I placed the order late Friday night but the seller wasn't able to ship it until late Monday afternoon because they said they were out of town at the time I placed the order.

Overall I am satisfied with the item!
