The phone arrived in better condition than I expected, however the phone would not take my T-mobile SIM card, despite being a T-Mobile phone. The T-mobile store could not do anything to resolve the issue, so I had to send it back. The seller took the phone back and refunded my money.

Phone received was icloud locked. Sent back phone and had to wait a long time with minimal communication from seller. Swappa had to intervene, and I had to open PayPal dispute. Eventually, I did receive a refund.

Phone was received and looked great. However the sound volume was not very loud. With the Apple warranty still intact, i visited the Apple store and they did a diagnose on it and found the volume was bad and also the Touch ID sensor was bad. Apple replaced the phone with new one. Good thing we had the warranty time remaining.
