Fake product.
Honestly nothing but issues with the AirPods since I received them. I have been back and forth with Apple support and all the support forum steps regarding the "not your airport pros" message that is presented when trying to connect to my iPhone. I hate to leave bad ratings but at this point, I do not believe this product was new as it was listed but perhaps a refurb that is still on someone's Apple account somewhere causing me issues. Anyways, it's a $165 loss and a note to avoid the seller.

These Airpods aren't the original, the firmware is not updating, unable to pink the case , just an overall disappointment, i will make a claim for my money back.

Took the AirPods to the Burlingame, CA Apple Store on May 23rd after the firmware hadn't updated for several weeks. Genius Bar staff was unable to get the AirPods recognized at all by their tools. They sent it to an offsite repair facility.
Today (May 26), received a message that the AirPods are not serviceable (e.g., counterfeit) as other buyers on Swappa have also noted for this seller.
Selling knockoff AirPods. Mine fell apart as soon as I got them. I reported the issue and the seller ghosted me, instead of just refunding me. I would not advise doing business, as it seems another buyer reported knockoff AirPods as well.
Package came in box sealed as described, have been testing in since arrival and looks to be on full working condition!
The Airpods were not original OEM.
The seller was fair though, he refunded me.
