I asked specifically if phone had scratches on the screen prior to shipping because I noticed the seller purchased the same model in 'good' condition that had scratches. I was told no, there were no scratches, the device just needed "cleaning". After receiving? the phone I was surprised to find that it was indeed the phone with scratches from a prior purchase.
Ultimately I ended up sending it back because, to me, 'Mint" didn't mean scratches you can feel with a fingernail. It sucks that the buyer is penalized the cost of return shipping because a seller isn't completely forthright in a listing.
