The seller was very conscientious about contacting me and telling me she was out of town and when she would return and send me the phone I bought. At first I had problems getting service from any of the local companies and I wrote to her of my problem. She suggested an alternate service. I finally was able to get service on Consumer Cellular for $22 a month. I am using the Apple 4 now and it is working fine. I provided a 4 star because the seller could have warned me (had she known) prior to purchase that the phone was a 3G and I might have some problems finding a provider.
