Once I took this phone to the Verizon store, there were issues with connecting it to the carrier. I was told to go to the Apple store to see if they could repair the issues. After spending about 3 hours attempting to run diagnostics, testing various SIM cards, doing factory resets, etc., I was told that there was nothing Apple or Verizon could do to make the phone function. I was given a $100 trade-in value for a phone I paid $379 for (unfortunately due to timing issues with being out of the country, I was unable to return the phone within the 30 day return limit). I was also told that the 'new' phone in the box was NOT the phone that the box claimed it to be (a difference between 128 GB advertised and 16 GB in actuality). Not a reliable product.

The phone came quickly with standard shipping. It arrived in great condition and so far it's working like it's new. The battery seems to be in excellent health, too. Interactions were friendly and the seller responded quickly to inquiries. Even the box was in a good shape.

Good seller, Fast Shipping

Everything went well for the most part. The seller is cordial, responsive, and seems to care about the customers. My only recommendations for future sales are as follows:

1. For the seller to not use the United States Postal Service. They are notorious for slow shipping and customer service issues. They also have terrible office hours, making it tough for customers to contact them.
2. While the case he bought does fit the phone, it does not work with the glass screen cover, meaning that I will have to buy one of these two things anyway in order to have both to protect my phone.

These things are minor though and everything seems to be in great condition. I also appreciated all the interactions with the seller.

I thought the front glass was cracked but it turned out to be the screen protector. The phone looks great and I will be activating this weekend! Thank you
