This seller sent an untested phone that had problems reading the SIM. I repaired the phone. It took 8+ hours. He treated me rudely, has absolutely no troubleshooting skills or the capability to think logically, called me a liar and never offered to take the phone back at any time or ever, or compensate me in any way.

I only wish three things:

1) That I hadn't repaired the phone.
2) That I could post the multi-page conversation for all to see.
3) That nobody buys a phone or anything else from this incompetent, unfair seller.

This phone is crap - the home, back and all apps buttons dont work, and the phone rarely gets a signal. I suspect I was given one from a bad-batch. No wonder he sold it so cheap.

Item not new. Box was resealed but the phone is not new. Please beware!

Once I took this phone to the Verizon store, there were issues with connecting it to the carrier. I was told to go to the Apple store to see if they could repair the issues. After spending about 3 hours attempting to run diagnostics, testing various SIM cards, doing factory resets, etc., I was told that there was nothing Apple or Verizon could do to make the phone function. I was given a $100 trade-in value for a phone I paid $379 for (unfortunately due to timing issues with being out of the country, I was unable to return the phone within the 30 day return limit). I was also told that the 'new' phone in the box was NOT the phone that the box claimed it to be (a difference between 128 GB advertised and 16 GB in actuality). Not a reliable product.
