I received the phone on time and in the physical condition advertised. I was disappointed that the phone was NOT an AT&T phone as advertised but rather a T-Mobile phone. I had an important location that had no reception with my old carrier and AT&T coverage was excellent. In the end it didn't matter as the phone could use an AT&T sim card. The phone is GREAT I only wish I hadn't spent the extra $50 for AT&T!
