This sale was a wonderful experience! I received the phone quickly and right on time. It was also in wonderful condition, practically new, even though it was labeled as "Good". I also received a complimentary pair of Anker SoundBuds Sport headphones, which was incredibly kind and considerate. Sale incomplete- returned for defects which may be resolved upon reset, may also resurface. The item arrived damaged post return, or so it appeared. Turns only the protector was damaged. This went undiscovered for too long and I think better organization and timekeeping might have prevented the claim nightmare it became.

Details came quick. But after that there was zero communication from the seller. Having to close a PayPal case like this by myself was nearly impossible and that one statement would have made it much easier. A detailed order log may have also alerted them to check the protector sooner. All sales have inevitable issues; either commit the time or consider other things. This “level” of sales means more is expected of sellers.

Not trying to deter anyone from here. I think at this point both buyer/seller contributed too much to an unnecessary case. Remember the danger in online shopping and consider that over the seller stats.

I purchased this device over the weekend and, despite being Sunday evening, I received a tracking number that night. The device arrived in the mail on Wednesday, was well-packaged for safe transit, and was exactly as described in the listing. The entire transaction was seamless and really couldn't have been any better. The next time I want to upgrade, I will check this seller's inventory first, as I thoroughly enjoyed how effortless the entire process was. This is how it's done!

The device is activated with my paid sprint account. However, I was initially told at a corporate sprint store that the device was a pre-paid device and couldn't be activated on my account.

I did a little research into this and decided to activate it myself on the sprint web page. I re-used a sim I had in my previous device activated on my account and was able to activate it.
