I faced an issue with purchased Essential phone that I did not anticipate at all. I was expecting it to behave like a normal phone that was having some cosmetic wear signs. Also, the communication with seller had not been a good experience for me. After some updates from manufacturer the phone seems to be working better now. Hopefully it will not trouble in future.

The phone arrived as described, although there was no cable with the wall charger (I have my old charger so that's not a problem). Besides that, the phone had finger markings all over the front and back and a few of the cases are dusty. Still, overall, a pleasurable experience.

Sold me a watch calling it mint and putting the screen protector back on making it look like brand new. It had a scratch under the protector and had a scratch on the body with black paint missing. It was used and by no means mint. Would never buy again from this seller.
