For the most part the phone works and is in the described condition. However, the Face ID does not work and the Volume Up button is stuck in the partially depressed position. The Face ID issue was determined to be from a drop or improper screen replacement. The Volume Up button still works, it just needs to be firmly pressed. Thankfully this phone is for a child and will still work as needed, but if it was for me, I definitely would not be satisfied with it.

8/17/23 Update: Randy, to my surprise, immediately issued a full refund after I posted the above review. Being I had already set the phone up for my son, I didn't want to go through the trouble of starting over. I offered to return over half of the refund, with me keeping the phone, and he graciously accepted. I changed my neutral rating to positive, and because of Randy's integrity, I would have no problem purchasing an item from him again in the future. Thank you sir.
