The phone was sent in an unpadded envelope and was damaged in shipping. However, Frank was very apologetic and gave a generous partial refund.

I am absolutely stunned with the condition of the phone! It was advertised as mint but I thought it was brand new! Seller provided brand new charger and headphones and even included the original box! This was my first time was Swappa and this seller definitely set the standard high for all transactions!

I wanted to buy an iPhone but we figured the shipping fees would be prohibitive, so the seller issued a full refund and was very helpful throughout the whole buying experience, would buy again.
