Reason for poor rating: Poor communication, unwilling to compensate for scratched screen. Seller fails to respond to issue with phone even after photos of proof of damage (scratches on screen) have been presented. Seller posted on phone sale page that phone had no scratches on screen when phone did in fact arrive with screen damage. Rating has been based on Swappa feedback guidelines.
