The buyer was initially disappointed with the condition of the phone, but they worked it out a good resolution and the buyer originally left a good rating. A postal mistake related to shipping a case caused a misunderstanding between the buyer and the seller that escalated into an argument resulting in the other poor rating.

Wouldn't recommend seller! Totally not happy with this purchase and seller. The phone didn't come mint. It had scratches on the screen, bottom, top, and one scratch on the back. He replied saying it was mint for its age. He immediately was defensive when I said there is damage. He didn't follow swappa's standards when listing. Then the extended battery is shot. Forgot the case with initial shipment and shipped it the next day. I was charged delivery postage. When I told Brandon he didn't believe me and was rude again! I just asked for my two bucks back..
