Device was listed as clear ESN, but ESN was not clear upon my receipt of device. Seller did fix this but I lost 2+ hours of my life trying to figure that out at two different Sprint store & with Sprint Customer Care. Huge PITA and I will purchase my devices directly from my carrier from now on.
Excellent seller!! Highly recommended. Not only is the item exactly as described, but the seller sent many unexpected extras...cases, batteries, etc. And the packing was superb...many layers of bubble wrap for protection. Phone is in mint condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
