Great buy

I would never do business with this seller. He sold me a phone that showed as returned to Apple. I spoke to Apple and they explained that devices they replace either in a retail or online will show as returned becuase they would never recycle a serial number. That device should be in their pocession. I can only theorize how seller got his hands on a device that should be in Apple’s pocession. He made the return process very difficult and I had to have PayPal step in. He accused me of trying to scam him when I was the one sold a phone that I should not have. Be careful and stay away.

I did receive the phone with a slight problem, but the seller was very good at working with me to resolve the issue!

The phone was in mint, unlocked condition as described. Removed the Verizon sim and put in my daughter's cricket sim, phone was easily activated and started right up. Would recommend this seller.

Four stars because it took so long to get tracking information on the website. Other than that, perfect sale.

Item was as described, minor cosmetic damage that does not affect usage of device. Device activated immediately upon inserting SIM. Seller did not ship immediately upon receiving payment. Seller was not communicative during sale process, and did not communicate with me or Swappa staff. The only reason I found out he shipped was because I got a notification from PayPal. Shipping was delayed, but I blame that more on the USPS and the weather than the seller.

Device met expectations and works as advertised, seller leaves a bit to be desired, could be better at keeping in contact with buyers.

The phone came in good condition and functions perfectly i only have two issues.
there it slight dent in the area of the volume down button and the phone didn't come with a charger, but overall it was a great buy came with IOS 10.2 so i am now waiting for a Jailbreak. Thank You
