I've purchased lots on swappa, but this was my first bad experience. I tried to return the phone because I received it damaged.

The damage I described on the phone with burn in and cracks can actually be seen in the seller's originally posted photos which she's since edited. They're obscured by the bad lighting so they look subtle, but the problems are there. I have copies of her original photos as proof.

She basically said that if it wasn't returned in perfect condition ( without the damage, which again, is actually subtly present in her original photos), she implied that she would contest the return.

I didn't send the phone back because it seems like the seller would've made the process a huge headache.
