After checking the phone over I noticed that there were a few scratches on the screen that were not in the description. I talked with the seller and noted my concern and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and help. We came to an agreement for a discount on the sale. I am a happy buyer. Phone arrived in the exact condition detailed by the seller. Battery at 88% capacity (good condition).
I am not sure I would have listed the phone as "Factory Unlocked" as it contains the verizon boot load screen and bloatware but it will indeed work with all carriers so it is network unlocked but not a Samsung Factory Unlocked phone. (Not a huge deal, other than Verizon removing the "Find My Mobile" application from the phone)

Despite this I would easily buy from this seller again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new (used) phone as they were responsive, shipped quickly and responded to questions promptly. Thank you for posting great photos as well! I look forward to possibly buying another phone from you in the future :)

Everything about this transaction went well. My only trepidation is that the description said unlocked GSM phone so I was concerned it wouldn't function fully on a Verizon CDMA network, but I have discovered that those problems have been solved in the newer phone technologies and all is well.

Phone arrived with no issues

This is a scam. I was sent a Verizon locked phone. I paid for a Google edition unlocked version as the add describes. This seller should be banned and the account revoked. I am going to my bank and credit card company and reporting the illegal activity of false advertising and filing formal fraud reports to get my money back.

Item received was not in mint condition as described per the listing (closer to fair condition). Seller was helpful with the return process with quick responses and refunded payment on a timely basis.

I am very very happy with the phone. The seller answered all my questions before the purchase. Shipping was pretty good. Received about 4-5 days after payment. This was my first time buying from Swappa and I am impressed. The phone is absolutely perfect. Looks brand new. No issues at all. *****

There was a small crack on the screen that wasn't visible in pictures or mentioned in the description. After I put my screen protector on it isn't visible so I don't mind. The rest of the phone was mint quality as described. Was not mentioned as being a verizon phone, so I did have to bring it in to my carrier to get some things fixed with my network. Deleted all the Verizon apps and it works just fine now.

As expected on any retail site. Ordered delivered as expected. Packaging was kinda shoddy but that's second hand products, so no real complaints there.

Item received and the screen was in good condition and came with a case and keyboard, seller mentioned that there were Knicks and marks but didn't bring to attention to a slight crack at the bottom of the tablet. All in all very satisfied, shipping was very fast!

Seller was very quick to package and send the item. It was mailed the next day, and received it very quickly.
Items were just as described and matched the pictures. I waited a week to check everything out before leaving a comment. Everything is working fine, and looks.great.

Phone works as said

I purchased a cellular ipad on tmobile but it ended up being locked. However, I blame myself since I didn't check until months after receiving it and probably could have resolved the issue had I checked earlier. The seller otherwise had good communication and shipped the item out quickly.
