Hi there, I received the phone and it worked fine. However now it is not charging. I used 3 different cables. 2 were Google brand. I also checked my old device and it charged fine with the cables also. I reached out to the Swappa team and they advised you can assist with a return. I noticed the charge port is very dirty as well. Just let me know how to proceed.

This is a scam. I was sent a Verizon locked phone. I paid for a Google edition unlocked version as the add describes. This seller should be banned and the account revoked. I am going to my bank and credit card company and reporting the illegal activity of false advertising and filing formal fraud reports to get my money back.
