Device arrived with a defect and the seller insisted it way issue to correct with the USPS. The defective device cost me money, and now I have to open a dispute to correct this issue. Will not do business with again.

The phone came with a defect on the screen that was not mentioned in the sales post. However, the seller was very professional, responsive, and told me to send the item back. It was an overall good experience from how he handled the situation and immediately gave me back my refund, but unfortunate that the phone was not exactly the way it was advertised or I hoped for it to be. I'm sure it was more than likely an honest mistake, so I do recommend this seller due to how he handled the situation without giving a hard time & being understanding.
