Phone arrived in great condition. Safely packed. Checks out as advertised. Pleased with this deal!

There were a few activation problems, but they were resolved with Verizon. The phone was sent in poor packaging for a mint condition phone (a little bubble wrap and and a single envelope). A box would have been more protective for shipping. So far the device works well and the condition of the phone is as stated with no scratches.
