I received this phone and all mentioned accessories within a week and they were very well packaged for protection. Which occurred to me to wonder about while waiting when a I saw a FedEx delivery man toss a neighbor's package over his porch rail onto a concrete floor! This seller's packaging could have withstood the abuse. The phone looks better than the pictures! I have had it for nearly a week now and so far have had no problems. The worst was MetroPCS taking a full overnight to transfer my service, but otherwise the phone is functioning flawlessly. I wish I had not assumed a charger was included, because it was not, but the phone arrived with a 64% charge, so I was able to switch my SIM and begin transferring and go buy a couple of chargers. I would recommend this seller as honest, straightforward, and timely in transactions.

I purchased this phone which was supposed to be in immaculate condition. I couldn't get the SIM card working. Swappa graciously took it back. Fixed the SIM slot, volume and screen. Totally awesome. The phone came back. It worked for a few days then the screen went black. This is bordering on irritating and comical. Going to look elsewhere for a phone. Sorry guys.
