Excellent condition, well packaged and arrived quickly.

The laptop in this purchase was defective. I had video evidence of the issues yet the seller refused and was nothing short of inconsiderate. After driving 2 hours/paying $75 for an unnecessary diagnostic, the technician confirmed the issues and the expensive repairs required. Even after all this, the seller still attempted to deny things. I only got my return/eventual refund after Paypal stepped in. Any other seller would've seen the situation, returned, refund...this seller made everything an absolute nightmare. This was by far my worst online shopping experience and I cannot in good faith recommend this seller to anyone. There are plenty of good people here, please buy from someone more competent than this guy.

The seller responded immediately to request to post additional photos and packed the phone the same day and shipped it the next morning. The phone bought on Dec 21 actually arrived on Dec 24th and worked exactly as advertised. The Nexus Protect warranty was transferred quickly. I highly recommend this seller.

5 stars for the product being as you described. Slow shipping from USPS (terrible terrible slow slow "service" - took them 7 days for priority 2nd day mail). Not your fault though so I wont dock you any stars for that. Overall i am pleased with my purchase. My son is going to be ecstatic come Christmas. I already have him convinced there is no way he will be getting a tablet this year ;)
