BUYERS BEWARE: SHADY SELLER! Seller listed new resale an Apple replacement that was at best mint used. Upon complaining, seller failed to respond or acknowledge. Paypal complaint filed and seller waited till the last day he was allowed to respond and filed his answer. Paypal decided in my favor awaiting my return of the iPhone. Once returned, the seller intentionally avoided accepting delivery leaving it at the post office for a week till he realized he would be out the money and the phone if he didn't pick it up. He finally picked it up without reporting to Paypal, to further delay my refund. Paypal refunded today following my call to them.

Item was shipped later than Swappa requires. Item was listed as mint condition but had dings on one of the edges. The pen that was included didn’t work and I therefor had to buy one brand new. Gave the seller almost 2 weeks to try to rectify the issue and he was unwilling to help and even communicate. I asked for a $50 partial refund for the pen and i would eat the cost of the cosmetic damage and he was still unwilling. If I were you I would never do business with this user as he is impossible to deal with and misleads buyers by the listings. Disappointed in both the buyer and Swappa for allowing this to go through without being addressed. Waste of $925 and my time.
