Problem with the packaging which delayed shipping from USPS. Seller kept me updated as the issue was being resolved. Seller needs to do better with packaging for shipping as the iPhone was sent in original box inside of a small herbal wraps box with no padding. Should have used one of the USPS free packing boxes instead with a little bubble wrap or wadded paper for protection of the item. The phone I received is as advertised and in working order.

Seller took pictures in such a way as to hide phone damage and then listed condition as good. He proceeded to argue and deny damages when a return was attempted. After the return was received he became unresponsive on the refund and I had to escalate with PayPal to get my money back. Very poor experience. Not a trusted seller.
