Paul sent the kindle promptly. I bought it on the 20th and received it on the 23rd. All the original packaging was included. The device is in pristine condition. The cover has slight marks of wear, but otherwise clean and not broken or damaged. I am over the moon about getting an oasis finally after using my little Paperwhite for 7 years, and Paul sold me one that I would think was brand new. Thank you so much, Paul. Now I've got books to read!!!
