Item was well-packed. In my opinion the seller "oversold" the condition. Said "excellent" with minor wear and tear, but there are many scratches on the front of the iPad mini. The back of the iPad was smudged with dirty fingerprint / schmutz / something that had to be cleaned off. Disappointed in its condition but will deal with it since it has AppleCare+.
