I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase on your platform. I’ve been selling on various platforms for a long time and always use UPS. However, this is the first time I encountered a seller with a dismissive and sarcastic attitude. The seller claimed UPS scanned the package, but it didn’t register, and they would retrieve the unsent item instead of delivering it. This was confusing and unacceptable.

I didn’t receive the item, which was meant as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Sadly, I couldn't give it to her on time. I received a refund, but it took 12 days, which was too long.

This experience has made me hesitant to make future purchases on Swappa. While I appreciate Swappa’s management resolving the issue, it’s crucial to address seller conduct to prevent this from happening to others.
