Listing was a good LG G8 Thinq, received an apparently mint LG G8X Thinq. I appreciate the condition but the phone is larger than I wanted. The included Samsung power adapter was DOA.

Device received as described

Product was as described, new from factory, but the seller’s communication is wanting. Reached out to swappa twice in regards to late shipping. Compensation was made with extras included which was great, but the communication is why I’m leaving a neutral review.

Phone was as described, however I purchased this specific one because of the price and fast shipping, which was supposed to be overnight. However once I purchased it I noticed it wasnt. Seller said because they had lowered the price they didn't use the overnight shipping. Would hv been nice to state that in the comments before selling.

The phone arrived 0rimptly and in better condition than described. The seller included bonus items, a charger and a case that has a car vent attachment included, and two glass screen protectors. Very nicely done, classy style of operating. I recommend the seller highly.

The unit had some battery issues so it needed to be returned.

Seller shipped quickly and device itself was as described (mint). Seller did not disclose or was not aware that the phone was originally purchased on an account with a delinquent balance (and as such can't be fully unlocked by T-mobile). Seller did offer to let me return the device, which was appreciated, but he was unable to resolve the issue with the delinquent balance.

Ultimate got the phone, but took a while to get there.
