Phone was in great condition and I got it for a good price. Seller didn't realize Swappa changed their fee structure so that caused a little back and forth confusion, but all ended up well!

Seller labeled a Verizon variant of a Pixel 5 as an Unlocked variant. Further, the device was locked by Verizon when I received it. Further still, seller initially only offered to repay the purchase price and not the delivery back. All in all **I** had to pay 20 dollars to buy and then return a phone that wasn't as advertised, not to mention the lost time. Any decent person would have covered all expenses and said sorry for their error at some point.
