Purchased iphone xs max from this seller, after 5 days and several messages with no answer, had to open a PayPal dispute. About 20 days after transaction date PayPal issued a refund because they were unable to obtain information from seller.

iPhone was great and the price was competitive. Packaging was very poor and minimal. Received the envelope ripped half open with a sticker from USPS stating "Received Damaged." Not sure if this was the case, but regardless, putting a $775 dollar phone in a non-padded flat rate envelope without anything to protect it is poor practice.
