Seller advertised an unlocked Verizon phone. Seller shipped an unlocked AT&T phone.

Seller offered refund. Buyer accepted and requested address to send the return.

Buyer stopped replying to the conversation.

phone was returned bc it was not as described, seller never refunded shipping cost as he had promised.

This is a great seller. I had a couple of hardware issues that they fixed with no problem and paid shipping. Even paid overnight shipping the last time! Will definitely buy from them again.

My phone wasn't unlocked when it arrived. It still had a passcode so we had to go into recovery mode and do a factory reset. Everything else is in good condition, though.
