I had a really stressful and disappointing experience with this seller on Swappa. From the get-go, the seller was defensive and unhelpful, especially when I questioned their shipping practices. They ignored the clearly stated shipping terms of up to 48hrs from purchase and then referenced eBay’s 3-4 day window, which wasn’t helpful or considerate.

The shipping process itself was a disaster. They chose the cheapest USPS option, causing the package to disappear for days without updates. They also failed to inform me about the signature requirement, which I only discovered after several frustrating trips to the post office.

When the package finally arrived, the console was poorly packed in a large USPS box with minimal bubble wrap. The console was loose and at risk of damage due to inadequate packaging.

Overall, this experience has been the worst I've had on Swappa. I advise others to be cautious and consider these issues before purchasing from this seller.

Phone is in mint condition as described and working well. Battery % was lower than mentioned but other than that all is well
