It took 7 days to ship USPS priority? Shipping showed label was printed but was not shipped till days later.
Device was really more of good condition due to faint glass marks , plus the original box was damaged.

The phone was black listed by Verizon due to non-payment on the original account. Seller agreed to a refund and told me return the phone to them. However, when attempting to get a refund, the seller was unable to return the money because they closed their PayPal account. Seller made me do all the work to get a refund which was rightfully due to me since they had the phone back. I had to file a claim with PayPal in an attempt to get my money back because the seller was unwilling to do anything.

He sent me phone labeled "live demo unit not for resale" which is against Swappa's listing policy and wasn't mentioned in the listing. After I returned the phone he is now claiming he closed his paypal account and can't refund my money. Beware of this scammer.

Got the phone. It was in exceptionally good condition, just like the photos. I did not receive a charger that was displayed in the photos, but I'm not upset about that, I have my own already. I ordered Sunday afternoon, tracking said my phone arrives Thursday, but it got here on Wednesday, so I'm really happy with how fast this seller sent my phone out.

Overall a really good experience and I'm super happy with my purchase.
