Phone was absolutely as advertised. They said "mint condition" and it was definitely that. Looks brand new and works perfectly.

Attempted to purchase a Samsung S20+ the seller refunded my money and there has been no communication at all from the seller.

Mike responded. He pulled the sale because the phone was not up to standards, there were a couple dead pixels and he didn't feel comfortable selling as is.

While it would have been better to hear this prior to the sale being cancelled I'm happy that he did reachout and explain. If Mike has phones in the future that fit what I'm looking for I would buy again knowing that he wouldn't sell something less than perfect.

I was sent a laptop without fully functional software. The seller takes far too long to communicate and took far to long to refund my return shipping. I also paid someone is one state, but was refunded by another company in another state. Overall, a questionable experience to say the least. The workaround the seller recommended to get into the laptop rendered some Windows Pro functions obsolete so buyer beware. My recommendation is to avoid this seller.

Several problems with the phone that were not disclosed. 1. The mute toggle is not functional. The back glass is not secured and came off when the back got wet. Clearly not to the original IP spec

When I received the phone the cameras didn’t work, the seller was quick to respond to help me and ended up shipping it back and refund was quickly handled.
