Previous owner truthfully described the state of the phone. The phone came with no surprise damages or malfunctions. Delighted with shipping especially because this phone was needed. Overall happy with the experience of buying a used phone on Swappa. Thanks Walter and Swappa, my sister should be happy with her replacement phone. (Got her to move from iOS to the superior OS Android mwahaha.)
